We’re taking a break from our regular newsletter to bring you a special Fall Festival guide!
The fall festival is almost here! We’ve got a busy week before a longer weekend. Set aside some time for fun on Thursday and let it carry on to the next day with book character day.

🛻Trunk or Treat:
-20 decorated trunks!
-To keep things moving quickly and safely, we ask that foot traffic while trunk or treating moves counterclockwise around the loop.
-To ensure we have enough candy for all, please limit your Springers to 1 lap.

🎵DJ Favale will be playing all your favorite tunes!

🍬Match 3 Game
-Try your luck and see if you can match 3 teachers!
.
🩵Alternative, Sensory-Friendly Trick or Treat:
-Enter through the gym lobby
-Includes 8 themed tables (some interactive!) with candy and/or alternatives to accommodate allergies and sensitivities.
-Open to all but designed for our kiddos with sensory sensitivities and disabilities.
-An adult must be with their Springer at all times in this area to ensure a safe experience for all.
-We ask Springers to choose the Trunk or Treat OR the indoor Trick or Treat for picking up treats to ensure supplies for everyone

-We have 10 Springer community families selling jewelry, keychains, treats, crafts, and more!

The PTA table can accept tap-to-pay, cash, and check.

There will be four food trucks with a portion of sales going back to SPES:
-Marco’s Pizza
-Con Salsa
-Kona Ice
-Travelin’ Tom’s
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and make a picnic of it!

🧛Costumes:
-No weapons or costume items resembling weapons
.
🅿️Parking:
-Parking will be limited at the school lot. Street parking is available on Ft. McHenry and in the surrounding neighborhoods.
-Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways.
-Consider walking if you can safely do so!

🚻Restrooms:
-Restrooms are located through the gym lobby doors.

🌧️Inclement Weather:
-In the event of poor weather, we will move the fun indoors. We will put a message out on Parent Square and through socials if this happens.

-This event could not take place without you! We appreciate you bringing the fun and helping things run smoothly.
